Laurie Roberto

Laurie Roberto’s entire career has been focused on Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Communities. A licensed nursing home administrator, Laurie has a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Planning and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

After 30 years in the industry, the opportunity to work at The Commons came up, and she eagerly accepted. The position at The Commons allowed her to expand her continuum of care experience further and make use of her Skilled Nursing background in a unique way.

She says her heart and soul has been dedicated to serving the senior population and their families, and she strives to make sure residents make safe transitions of care to the most ideal, personalized setting for them.

Her favorite part of the job is impacting residents and their families, and the associates. “That is what keeps me grounded and engaged,” she says.

“Our environment is calming, inviting and an all-around a soothing, therapeutic atmosphere,” she adds. “It’s truly uplifting.”
