Role and Responsibilities
Jeff Cravedi is responsible for the day-to-day operations and quality of care within the Assisted Living and Mind & Memory Care neighborhoods at The Commons. He leads and supports the team of associates, ensures high standards of service and care and promotes strong integration with the broader community.
Industry Expertise
Jeff spent 15 years working in physical therapy, primarily in Skilled Nursing communities. He joined The Commons in 2016 as an outside liaison, later becoming director of admissions. In that role, he worked closely with hospitals, care managers, physician groups, accountable care organizations and insurance companies—all with a consistent focus on patient experience.
Passion for Senior Care
“A large focus of mine is to ensure that our residents are well cared for, well informed and well involved in as many parts of our campus as possible, so as to enrich their lives in a meaningful way and elevate their lives through human connection,” says Jeff.
Milestones
Jeff earned an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assisting from Mount Wachusett Community College. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Fitchburg State University.
Leadership Philosophy
“Leading with a hands-on approach is a big focus, showing our folks that great teams are created when we’re all willing to help each other. It’s important for us to realize there’s no such phrase as ‘that’s not my job,’” explains Jeff.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys time with his wife and five children. He coaches youth sports and loves spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing when he has the opportunity.
