Support Our Local Community

Sponsorships are an important way for us to engage with our neighbors and support causes that make meaningful contributions to the community. In deciding what organizations and events to support, we consider a few factors including alignment with The Commons interests and whether a sponsorship helps us reach prospects or their adult children. Here are some of the organizations we are supporting through sponsorships this year:

Concord Museum—This is an important year for the Concord Museum, which houses an extensive collection of items from the start of the American Revolution, April 16, 1775. Our sponsorship of their annual Garden Tour in June is an ideal match to showcase the prevalence of gardening and natural surroundings at The Commons. This alignment allows to increase exposure to potential residents as well as their adult children who visit the museum and attend its events this year.

Boston Pops—In supporting the Pops spring programming at Symphony Hall, we familiarize The Commons with an audience of educated adults with refined tastes—a perfect match for our community. Our sponsorship includes a program and digital screen ad for all 16 performances in May and June, celebrating conductor Keith Lockhart’s 30th season at the helm. .

Lincoln School Foundation—More than 200 local school children and their families attend the Lincoln School Foundation’s Great Create event each May. As a platinum sponsor, The Commons in Lincoln is prominently displayed on event material, seen by parents and grandparents at the event. This is important as we know many prospects are attracted to The Commons for its proximity to their young families in the area.

Waltham Fields Community Farm—Waltham Fields Community Farm is a sustainability-focused working farm that runs educational programs for people of all ages, a CSA, a farm stand, and a food access program whereby the farm donates a minimum of 20% of its harvests through outreach programs. Its ethos aligns with The Commons, and our sponsorship of their annual fundraiser gives exposure throughout the season at their farm stand, reaching local prospects and their adult children of a sustainability mindset.

If you’re connected with a local organization that aligns with The Commons’s sponsorship goals, please let us know!
