In her role as Mind & Memory Care Programming Coordinator, Stephanie Stilson ensures residents have access to engaging activities each day.
“I’ve always had a connection with seniors,” she said about her career choice.
Stephanie says working in the Mind & Memory Care neighborhood at The Commons requires commitment, but she always has a lot of fun working with the people who live there.
“The residents are my favorite part,” she said.
When she is not planning thoughtful, personalized activities for residents, Stephanie enjoys watching movies and spending time with her kids and boxer dog.
