Megan Bailey

A New Hampshire native, Megan Bailey became Director of Customer Experience after five years as Fitness Specialist at The Commons. She sees the job change as a natural evolution of her role, thanks to the strong relationships built during her time here.

A graduate of Plymouth State University, Megan found her love for working with older adults through an internship in hospital rehab & cardiology services.

Today, Megan works with resident prospects through each stage of their senior living journey.

“I am passionate about educating people on the choices they have for their future and helping them find the right fit for their next step,” she says.

When a prospect is ready to become a resident, she manages the apartment home renovation process, acting as a liaison between the resident and contractor, subcontractors, and architect to help bring the residents’ vision to life.

“It’s so fun to see the different styles people have, helping advise them, and then seeing the before and after,” she says

When she is not at work, Megan enjoys skiing in the winter and spending time on New Hampshire’s lakes and ocean in the summer.
