Neal Packard made the rise from dishwasher to Dining Service Director during his career. In between, he attended the renowned Johnson & Wales University for culinary arts.
Neal worked in several Massachusetts restaurants, including at a high-end catering company and as a partner at a Gloucester eatery. After working as an executive chef and food and beverage director at another community, he came to The Commons.
He says his favorite part of his job is making people happy by meeting their needs.
