Evan Martin says he is doing what he loves at The Commons by “making lives brighter one day at a time through food.” He does that by using the freshest ingredients, seasonal produce and vibrant presentation.
Chef Evan attended New England Culinary Institute in Vermont and is trained in classic French cooking. Before working at The Commons, he worked in top-notch hotels, specializing in farm-to-table cuisine.
Chef Evan says his approach is to take everyday ingredients and use them simplistically. “I want to showcase that senior living dining can be an elevated experience with delicious ingredients and healthy choices,” he says.
