Industry Expertise
Beth Winn’s career reflects a deep commitment to supporting older adults and their families, which includes experience in Council on Aging programs, geriatric care management, home care and senior living. She has held senior leadership roles as executive director and regional director of sales and marketing within another Massachusetts continuing care retirement community, where she guided teams and oversaw operations. Beth has also drawn on her skills as a small business owner, managing operations, budgeting and customer relationships at her bakery, and as a realtor, guiding individuals and families through important life transitions. These experiences strengthened her abilities in problem-solving, communication and providing thoughtful support tailored to each person’s needs.
Passion for Senior Care
“I’m inspired by the wisdom and life stories of older adults. I find deep reward in supporting them and their families through the aging process with respect and compassion,” shares Beth. “I believe every individual deserves to age with dignity.” She is deeply committed to understanding each resident’s unique needs and preferences, supporting them in ways that honor their values and help them live life fully and comfortably.
Career Journey
Beginning in communications and public relations, Beth also worked in residential real estate before volunteer work drew her to senior services. From 2010 to 2021, she has held both on-site and corporate leadership roles within a nonprofit senior living organization, including director of sales and marketing and executive director.
Milestones
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Suffolk University and is a graduate of the LeadingAge National Leadership Academy. She also earned a Senior Living Marketing Certificate from Lasell College, combining formal education with specialized training to support her work in senior living.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult daughters and two dogs. She also loves skiing, boating, traveling, reading and taking in live theater and music.
